Coaching is like going to the gym it takes time to build real muscles, just like it takes time to make develop a Strategy, get into action which will lead to results. We work with a variety of assessment including the Hogan, Strength Finders, and DISC Assessments. We combine the assessments with other coaching tools to create awareness and guide the client to be the best version of themselves.

The first step is a 60-min complimentary Strategy Session to have a chat about your current goals and strategy. We will help examine what is not working and discuss business goals to take you to the next level. We will strategize toward the results you are looking to achieve over the next 12-months.
Following our initial strategy session, a custom program will be developed based on your needs and goals. The design of your program will evolve collaboratively as we work together. Typically, programs are 3 to 6 months with weekly or bi-weekly calls with email and texting as needed in between calls.
